Mate if you got your chest xrayed and got the ok....I wouldn't worry to much about it....
Your body is changing, it will do things it never has done before...it's all part of growing....
Remember when you willy popped up and you thought oh fcuk what the hell am i gonna do with this.....it's the same thing only with different parts.....
As for the berating i'd put that down to you panicking a little...
Relax, let your body make it's changes, chances are your probably fine....stop freaking yourself out.....

Go back to see a doctor. If it is really heart trouble (and that's what it sounds like), it should be sorted out for good, not just with an X-ray. There are sometimes irregularities which are reasonably "normal", but if it affects you to that degree I would be worried as well and insist on a proper investigation.

Ignore Keefy's answer. Pains in the chest are NOT to be ignored at all. Let your doctor tell you if it's nothing to worry about, nobody else. Don't waste time and suffer longer than you have to - go as soon as possible.

there are certain causes For chest pain,
muskulo skeletal pain, pain due to lung pathology, cardiac pain, herpes , acid reflex etc...
But it seems that your pain is due to stress factor. . . . .
If you are experiencing it only at night after sleeping then it is one of the symptoms o depression.
Do u have asthma/ or any a.llergic disorder?
You need not to worry but should go or medical check up as it ismust to rule out the chest pain......
regards

If it's in your chest it might not be your heart,
it may very well be acid reflux. It can cause
pain in the chest. Ask your doctor or take some
prilosec for a week and see if it goes away.

I got this about your age, paticularly when I lie down to go to sleep, I went to the Doctor and she sent me for an X-Ray but they couldn't find anything. I still get it from time to time.

You could get it checked out again but I reckon you're OK. I had the same at your age (in fact I was a bit older) it's your body developing/still growing that causes it.
