The best bit is at the end, the newspaper headline: Werewolves Ate My Platoon

Yes, and I loved the film but my son hated it because we had a profanity editor on our VCR so when any of the actors swore, it would display in writing "Oh, Crud!" What was mildly amusing to my then 12 year old during the long silence of expletives, was when the censoring VCR totally missed the "F" (and I do not mean firetruck!) word numerous times.

The special effect were especially gruesome and realistic and the twist with the woman that was to be helping them be the instigator was a total surprise.

ya, it wasn't a bad film. The director had a limited budget to work with, but he still made a good film, i forget his name but he's since gone unto work in Hollywood, he made "the decent" which done quiet well.I like those films where they are picked of one by one, they're always pretty exciting.

I have seen it and also enjoyed it, I think the same director did The Descent (which is good but not as good as dog soldiers - not as funny)

Agreed. Some of the best special FX for werewolves I've ever seen.
