this *** of a kid is going around tellinlng lies to teachers about me and my friends and getting us head deep in ****. i got soo pised i beat him up out side of school after he told a teacher i had him in a headlock when i was not eveen in his lunch class. i was sickof getting detention for thing i didnt do was i wrong

You sound like a fu**ing caveman. A brute like you deserves to be in detention. And you'll keep gettign detention untill you learn to control yourself. Start by NOT beating up kids who tell on you, idiot.

I can sense and understand your frustration, but did you take the time to point out to the teacher, that you weren't present, when he claimed you had him in a headlock. A beat-down is a serious thing, and although I can understand the necessity sometimes, I feel that it happens when all other attempts at communication have failed. In your case, I don't see this point as having been arrived at.

What this kid is doing is wrong. However it seems like he is saying all this stuff because he knows that he can get a reaction out of you. Try talking to someone at the school about what is going on. Let them know how you feel. Most importantly remember to control yoru anger and ignore this kid. He is not worth your time.

You are going about this the wrong way...get rid of any cocky attitude, get real, and go to the head dog at the school...you don't have to tell anyone if you think that won't look cool...but if you really are getting ripped on for things that aren't happening...you need to let them know what's going down...pounding the little twit is only going to make it look like he is on the up and up with his accusations...You just need to be smarter than him...he's betting that you won't plead your case, that'll you'll come after him which will make his story look credible.

no i got arrested for 3rd degree battery beacuse my neighbor told the cops that i hit him 1st when in reality he jumped me from behind & was choking me when the police arrived.i got charged because i was in his yard when police got there.now im paying a lawyer 2300.00 just to achieve justice.
