30 Seconds to Mars is a lot better than Panic! At the Disco who is just ridiculous. Jared Leto can actually sing.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

YEAH! I love 30 Seconds to Mars I have their new CD Panic is ok but I wouldn't buy their stuff. That one song, I write sins not tragedies is REALLY catchy though and always gets stuck in my head my friend Carlee and I used to sing it all the times last year.... good times. :)

yea they cool but i never bought a cd from them i just like certain vidoes and thats it .
I'm more of a soul and classic r&b fan and oldschool rock: white snake, metallica, the crue, guns & roses, nirvana, blink 182, foo fighters, van halen, etc
