While I'm probably not in the perfect age group to comment on your music, I do have kids in the right bracket.

I think you sound great. My 18 yo son really likes your sound too.

The general idea is that we like 'Falling Down' the best.

Do you guys write your own songs?

Good luck with everything. I'm sure that you'll do well

I really liked "Falling Down"......music and voice went very well together.

To be honest, "Twenty Nine" didn't work for me at all.

"Stuck by you" started well, I liked the melody and the voice.....however, when you got to the second verse it turned out to be more of the same melody, and it became somewhat too much for me. IMHO it certainly has potential, given a few changes are made in it. (sorry, hard to explain in English)

Just my 5 cent worth.

Good luck.

properly, united states track would be traced back to previous ecu human beings tunes that got here to visit to u . s . of america with the vast inflow of immigrants interior the 1800s, previous to the Civil conflict. track at that factor grew to become into approximately on a daily basis hardships and struggles, issues human beings in that era would desire to relate to. over the years, that track grew to boost into what we call united states. interior the 30s, 40s, and 50s, it grew to become into frequently approximately cowboys. The 60s and 70s heralded a time of outlaws. The track grew to become into approximately telling a narrative in a track, no longer the guy who grew to become into enjoying it. i could say that united states track began its decline interior the mid 80s while human beings tried to comprise pop impacts and a extra very own sound interior the track. They went back to united states's human beings roots, a minimum of lyrically, via speaking approximately issues that human beings interior the rustic would desire to relate to. Now, interior the favorite-day, it is gotten merely as undesirable as pop. Any artist who has a southern twang to their voice and has a banjo enjoying interior the historic past is promptly united states. The songs are approximately eating and camoflauge and mudding and all issues deemed "redneck." confident, i'm conscious that a number of it would desire to be in a joking way, yet a number of it is downright severe. united states artists want to be respected like all different musician of the different type, yet they have already positioned the "backwoods redneck" photograph available plenty, it is stressful to take them heavily. to respond to your question, i do no longer likely like modern-day united states for the justifications indexed above. I do like united states from the 50s and 60s, like Johnny money, and that i rejoice with bluegrass, that's united states's extra folksy, appalachian cousin.
