A terrorist can go to heaven even though he's killed people. As long as he confesses and believes in God, he's in. So yes a Jew should be allowed into Heaven as long as he follows the church's teachings.
But on the other hand, every religion thinks that if you don't believe what they believe, you go to Hell. So that means that no matter what religion you are, at least 5 billoin people want you in Hell. That's just how religion works. Here's the hidden motto of every religion: "Listen to me or go to Hell"

Yes if they accept Jesus as their Savior. Also in Revelation there are 144,000 Jews that are guaranteed to go to heaven.

Doesn't matter what race you are or where you're from if your saved you will go to heaven that's the promise of God.

As I believe being a traditional Christian ALL must go through Jesus to enter Heaven.
Try refining your question to reflect the Jewish belief of how to enter heaven according to their beliefs.
