I am a senior in high school and with the arduous work of deciphering what college I would like to attend, retaking the ACT, looking for a job, filling out the FAFSA forms, keeping up my 4.3 GPA, staying focus and studying and maintaining my status as being the number one student in my senior calss, I rarely have no time to relax and enjoy life around me. I have had a couple of breakdowns. Despite, the fact that I have friends who encourage me from time to time, it seems as if I am continously stuck in a boring world. Again, what is the best way to relax and enjoy life ahead of you at a young age?

Realize that as humans ALL we NEED to do is poop and eat each day. ANYTHING ELSE is just society's way of giving you a million things to do that when you die will have NO effect on anything.

Try to be more FREE, and don't let all the BS little tasks get you down. See the BIG picture of life. View animals on the Discovery Channel and see what priorities they have.

I would prepare a backup plan in case you don't meet that person. I would prepare a happy life, where that person didn't show up. It's much better than going with the incorrect one. There is no way to know if the right person will show up (uless you would prefer to go with whoever shows up), but again, having a kid with the wrong mother, I would think that more than twice. She could take the kid with her, and if anything, you will be lucky to have to pay child support, to a mother (who could spend that money on being a sl*t/whatever, and never see your kid, and consider also the mother may find another "dady" for the kid). What you are talking about is something that many guys doesn't take as serious as it is (50% divorce rate, definitely some are not knowing much about how to make the right choice - especially in a culture that call loves to fluctuation or feelings they feel right after they meet someone, that is not love at all / loves comes way after a very long time, and is not even guaranteed is going to come, are very selected the couples that are in love) - Consider that 50% are marked as 100% sure there was not mutual love at all. From the 50% that remins married, elminate the ones who are not having second toughts on their marriage. From the amount left, probably only a few have get to know what love was. To answer your question, yes you are fine. Be glad that the wrong person has just left. Be aware that you may not meet that person, but that should not (must not) be a reason to become unhappy. If the plan of having a kid at age 26 doesn't happen, consider drawing the line some years later, and also consider that the plan be (kids after 26) may not happen as well (in order not go with the wrong mother) and be ready to be without children and also have a very happy life as a single guy. In that case, I would recommend to live alone, date someone for fun without commitments of any kind, work on your career, save money, a trip every one in a while to somewhere in the world could be nice as well.

you need to let yourself enjoy life... if all those things are holding you back from it then put them down and let go of some of them....

BECAUSE.. wtf u need a 4.3 gpa for?

seriously?... so you can say i have a 4.3 gpa.. u think ur friends care?.. i meen im sure they are proud of you.. but im sure they would be proud if you had a 2.3 gpa...

like that one guy said.. all we gotta do is eat and poop... eat and poop...

lol

but yeah..find out what you enjoy and what is important to you.. NOT what you have been told is important to you... find out what makes you smile..

people dont smile enough in this world..

Breathe in. Breath out. Go for a walk. Break your routine. Stop being a perfectionist. Things don't always turn out the way you want them to. All the best.
