Idea for NFL merchandise?

I have an idea for a T-shirt that involves several NFL logos. What's the easiest way for me to get them made and sell them without pissing off the NFL?

The NFL will probably be happy to grant you a license to use the registered logos, but you will have to pay them a royalty on every item you sell. If you have a hot item, it will be worthwhile. Look at it this way, if you truely do have a hot idea, and you pirate the item, another licensed manufacturer can steal your idea and put you out of business.
