If you have the money and level, get the following items first.
Rune Full Helm
Rune Chainmail or Platebody ("Dragon Slayer" completion needed for Rune Platebody)
Rune Kiteshield
Rune Platelegs
Rune Scimitar
Adamant versions will do fine if you do not have the level or money. If you really want a 2h sword, which I advise against, do not get the scimitar or kiteshield.
With that being said, I suggest the following monsters.
Level 28 Hill Giants
Level 28 Hobgoblins
Level 26 Pirates
Level 21 Guards
If you bring food, then these work too
Level 42 Moss Giants (On Crandor Island, need "Dragon Slayer" partially complete)
Level 33 Black Knights
Level 36, 39 White Knights

Yea im level 50 too and i used to have that armor but good ones are
Level 22 skelitons
Both In karmja (Near Port Saramcost 30 coins to get there)
Level 33 Deadly Red Spiders
Hill giants and Demons

are you serious your lv.50 and have mith!!!! lol ill get 2 the point either fight hill giants or demons (for demons youll need addy at least)

Moss giants wouldn't be too hard. There are some in the back of varrok sewers.
