It is an Alexander upright, the serial number suggests it was built in 1889 or before and comes with original piano stool. The very first two keys (from left) are not working, but apart from that the condition is very good.

Get a good reputable piano dealer, eg someone from Bluthners or a proper piano specialist shop, to come and value it for you.Piano firms will deal in other makes, not just their own, so it doesn't have to be their make.
Check out www.bluthner-piano.co.uk They generally wont charge for this, but give you good ideas on how much you (or they) could sell it for or part exchange etc etc

Search for something similar on www.ebay.

Be advised though, pianos do not hold their value very well. You make more money with vintage guitars.
