We are keeping peace over there. Iraq isnt capable of doing it themselves. Its our business. George Dubbaya said so.

We are in Iraq, not Iraqi, because the regime of Saddam Hussein repeatedly violated U.N. Sanctions and were a clear and present danger to the safety of the United States of America. You will hear a lot of uninformed people claim that we we went in to get weapons of mass destruction, but that is not the case. Iraq had violated weapons inspections 29 times. Of course, we know there were wmd's because the country had used them in the past against their own people. We also found the delivery systems for the wmd's. Don't need to see the smoking gun, see the smoke, they hid the gun.

Narrow your question down. Why do you think we are in Iraq? I have my own opinion on it, as I am sure we all do. I mean, do you believe we are there cause of terrorism? I don't think the 9/11 guys came from there but didn't the US go before the UN and say that was a reason for us. Wasn't Mr. Powell there showing pictures of the mobile chemical weapons plants? If I remember corretly, didn't we find them and couldn't prove if that was what they were for or not? All I do know is that we are at war with terrorism. How many soldiers are deployed to Afganastan and how many in Iraq? I love our country. The US is the greatest country in the whole wide world and yet what are we fighting for again? Terror or .25 cents off at the pumps?

George Bush has a Don Quixote mentality and took Iraq as an opportunitty to go off tilting at windmills. He has a psychotic and overblown sense of his own importance, and views himself as a Savior of Humanity out to save people whether they want saving or not. His whole concept of Iraq is wrong and now he cannot admit it and so digs a deeper hole and will continue to do so until he is out of office. The entire escapade will accomplish nothing except the deaths of a great many people.

Because for some reason that isn't really known, George Dubbya got elected and thought, I know I'll take my country to war, we haven't had one of those in a while. However negative I am- I support our boys/gals in Iraq!

I have no idea anymore, it keeps changing. All I know is that our soldiers, innocent women and children are being killed and it needs to stop.
