I can't seem to reach the goal score on level 31. I have tried doing chains and keeping customers happy and everything but nothing works.....any tips please???

Please don't post to tell me your level progress its not going to help unless you provide me with tips so i can pass that level.

go to the podium keep the customers happy until you have enough people to fill all tables, so you can serve them all at the same time
make chains, also keep the waiting customers happy.
keep doing that in all levels & you will make it.
