Supreme Court WAS & IS LOCATED IN NEW DELHI ONLY. NEVER IT WAS LOCATED IN ANY OTHER CITY/STATE OF INDIA.

It is HQ of judicaries in India. You dont have any more appealing over rulling of SC in India.
