Yes I feel like that all the time. I am a college drop-out. I felt like that was the dumbest things I could possibly do. Now, I am 20 years old working at a hotel and making 7.25 an hour. So now what do I do. I go back to school.!
Find something you love to do and do it!! There is nohting better than going home on a bad day to cooking or playing with your dog or anything that puts a smile on your face.
Find your problem. Did you break up with the one you love?? In Debt?? Cant find the right job? Find out what it is and fix it. Trust me, once the problems are fixed there will be more problems but live life to this motto:
"As long as your not dying..who cares?"

Feeling lost happens to a lot of people. You're adrift because you may not have any long term goals (such as getting a college education, owning a home, getting involved in politics, etc.). If you're very depressed it can be difficult to have long term goals, but at the same time they give you something positive to do while you are growing and maturing in other ways.
It helps to have a clear set of values. Do you value money more than love, or the other way around? Our values indicate that which is important to us, and we tend to invest energy in that which is important to us. But the choices are seldom easy. Good luck!

You probably aren't realising your dreams.
You should write down a list of 7 things that you want to do; 3 that you want to do today, 2 that you want to do have done in a few weeks/months and 1 longterm desire.
When you write down your aspirations they become very clear to you. If you end up finishing all the things that you want to do, then try writing some more - or prepare some for days in the future.

When you are lost, pick a direction and go that way. If the path you have chosen is wrong for you, you will know it but will be able to make a wiser decision because of what you learned from your last decision.

Everyone feels that way sometime or other. My advice is to become involved, volunteer, you meet the nicest people, and doing good make you feel good. The other benefit is that you keep busy which leaves little time to wallow in self doubt.

Life is what you make it. Find something you like to do.. Doesn't matter where you do it... Just do it... Its not where your at its what you do that matters. Every place is about the same if you ask me... Some places fast and some slow... Find a place that you like and something that you like to do and do it the best you can and live your life.
