I was wondering if they just dump it in space or if they might recalim it on a molecular or elemental level to reuse like in replicator products. And what is the likelihood that in the near future we might be able to make things simply by building them out of the component elements that they are comprised of.

I'm not sure, but considering that with the phasers on "kill" it is the same as disintegration...I'm sure they could just make it "disappear" if they want to...

This is an easy one. They don't go. The food they eat is processed by a food replicator. It passes their tongues so the taste is there but then once it hits the stomach it melts. The Enterprise has a V3PL life support system that keeps humans and humanoid-types alive and nurished.
I have no life. help me.

The Star Trek universe has replicators. They can not only replicate an item, but destroy an existing item and turn it back to energy.

I'm guessing they take the sewage and run it through the replicators.

They had already invented a machine that mixes waste or organic matters with chemicals that hastens decomposition, evaporates liquids into thin air , solidifies organic matters and converts it into soil and fertilizers to grow plants which absorbs carbon dioxide for its food, emits oxygen and produces food and miniature gardens for the heroes in the starship.

actually i never saw any episode where someone was using some sort of toilet.
soooo since this is fiction .. in fiction noone produces waste
