Of course they would dream. They would dream in a different way, but all people dream . Blind, deaf. Blind people do see, it just isn't like you would see.
Their senses kick in where yours don't. Yours don't have too.

They'd dream of what they already know, what every human knows.
They'd see the images stored in the "ROM" of their brain, images which have been there in humans for the past many generations, some which have been there since the evolution of humans.
One very common example is images of sex (yes its true).

They would see and imagine what they think looks like things. In otherwards, in their dreams they see the version of what we know we see, but they just think of an pbject based upon what they know about it. And then they dream.
