If she really is harassing you, the first step is for you to get a restraining order against her.

Yup you're in a pickle allright. Some people just can't handle burning the bridge. I'd say don't change your position but give it some more time. Some people just need more time to "get it" than others do.

Is she really stalking you as in following you wherever you go? If not, then I don't think you can push charges but do check your legal system. As for harrasing, how does she harras you? Verbal? Physical?
