they offer baby-sitting service, and they also have kids club.

as a travel agent myself i suggest u to go Bintan Lagoon.. There are sea sport activities and also leisure centre activities called the Kids Activities Club... Btw how old are ur kids and when is ur departure date?

All reputable hotels in the UK are safe.
As for what would be best for you, no one can answer that unless you say where you are going to be visiting.
I could provide several hotels, in several towns/cities, but they would be no use to you if you were visitng somewhere else.
