If you go to any good motoring store I'm sure they can get LSD for you, but do you know how to fit Limited Slip Differentials? ;op
I'm not from London, so I could only suggest you go see the Police, I'm sure they have plenty of it stored away somewhere.

Ring up the local police station. They always know where to get the best stuff. It's ok if you're only buying for a friend.
