I agree with Blouberger about the white, that really is the best colour to wear with it. Not sure about lace-up heels though - if the dress itself is sparkly and gold that's meticulous detail enough.
White is the best option - white costume jewellry (simple plastic thick hoop earrings and large white beads to accessorise), with simple, white spike or kitten heels. That way it will be simple and elegant, but also girly and fun.

Gold shoes. Or a black platform such as patent style if you can find a slight gold on them such as a bow detail,, then simply team up with accessories. Box purses are really in at the moment.

You should wear white shoes and put your hair up and have a few bits hanging down. It would look very nice! Enjoy your party or whatever you going to in the dress.

You can wear almost anything. It is a short dress so why not wear tight black leggings under it and some gold shoes

i would say, wear white high heels...it would look nice if you wear dangling black earings along....white sparkly tiny purse would go fantastic too with the whole outfit. don't put on lot of cosmetics on your face as the outfit is already very gorgeous...but red lipstic sounds cool. good luck...

if it was me i would wear black tights and a pair of killer heels. keep jewellery to minimum, maybe a chunky ring and a pair of earrings. you could leave your hair down straight or scrap back int a pony tail. use a black clutch bag

definately no gold jewellery or shoes or arnything too sparkly! wear a jet or black pear necklace and earrings.
