When dumb people realize that they are dumb, then they automatically become clever!!!

How do you define "dumb"? Please hear me out. I am NOT going into any religious, moral, lecturing about bigotry here. Just want to present another perspective for you to think about.
First - to answer your question - SOME people whom you might classified as "dumb" actually KNOW that they are, but they can not do anything about it BECAUSE their brains simply do not (can not) operate at the same speed or able to problem solve or be able to remember as well as us ordinary population. Or may be they are VERY smart but their physical body are not able to do the things they want to do. They are very aware that they are different and do feel fustrated, self-conscious and depressed about it.
Now that I answered your question. Let me say this: People might be "dumb" for different reasons. They may have developmental disability from birth. They may suffer brain damage from what ever reason - car accident, illness, environmental factors.
The reality is - "being dumb" could also happen to YOU. In a split second, you could be hit by a drunk driver, or you could develop an illness that affect your brain. You might later find that it is hard for you to do things you used to be able to do so easily. If you are in that situation, would you feel you are "dumb"? How would you feel if other people around you now look at you differently and call you "dumb" - even though you know that you are NOT DUMB, just slower than before?
What I am trying to say is this: it is easy to label people "dumb" because you are - at present - smarter than they are, which is true - YOU ARE and I am not denying that. But calling people "dumb" sounds very judgemental and demeaning. Wouldn't it be nicer if you are more encouraging and see them as they really are - people with hopes and dreams - just like you - they just haven't the brain power to achieve things as fast as you can.

Most dumb people know they are dumb when people tell them so and they repeat it to themselves and feel dumb. Every one has a different level of intelligence. Have patience and explain a little better to dumb people and you will be more human to them. If you were dumb, you wouldn't want someone to be terrible to you just because you were dumb. You could be dumb but a good person too. :-)

I don't think people are dumb, what I do think is that all people do some dumb things at some times and when they do them I think it is only in hindsight that they find out that they have done something that is dumb. I think that if they know that most people do at least try to do something to change the dumb things that they do.

Putting people into a category such a dumb is limited and unconstructive thinking on your part. People do dumb things that does not mean they are dumb, or that they need to be labeled as such. How intelligent people think they are can really be a self-image issue. People may not think they are capable of change or may think they are fine when they can do better. You could do better yourself by not locking people into a category, and accepting people as they are. That sense of acceptance can help a person come across better and perform tasks better.

Some don't....some do. Those that do, like to play off the attention. Whether it's negative or positive. But, what exactly is dumb? Some of the greatest minds in history failed in school. What is sometimes mistaken for stupidity....is usually a great sense of creativity.

Of course they know. Others scold them dumb from time to time.
How do you know they don't do anything to change? Most of them do try. The problem is that once a person is labelled as 'dumb', usually he or she has to carry the title for the rest of his/her life.

If they are dumb then they may not have the capacity or framework of thinking to realize that they are not so bright.

i knoe some who is dumb i tell them that and he said
NO! UHH UHH NO!
me and my freind made a club called BRH and then we say if u want to be in it u have know what it stands for so the dumb kid says is it brookes really hot? and we say no. he says no it is it is! then we say ITS A SECRET AND DUMB KID SAYS BUT NOBODY TOLD ME TRUE STORY
