Do women give their phone numbers to men?

Men do give numbers to women. Let's put on two scenario. A man like a woman. A man asks a woman for her phone number in a crowded area and a man asks a woman for her phone number in a quiet place. Which place is more successful?

Asking for her number in a quiet place so to be sure that she sees you are sincere and that you get the number right. A noisy place has too many distractions and it is difficult to make a personal connection.

Depends on if the girl is attracted to the guy or not. If they are then they would give the number in a crowed just to show off and brag someone is attracted to them and asked for there number. They would probably give the number in a quiet place also. But if the girl isnt attracted then most likely you wont get there number in a public place unless they give you a fact number and same goes for quiet place.

It don't matter, man. If she's into you, she will give it with lipstick on a napkin. Could be on a quiet park bench, at the gym, or in Grand Central Station. If she wants you to have it, you WILL get it regardless of the environment.
