Yes its bs! Take it to your bank; financial institutions are trying to find a way to stop this scam as millions of dollars are being stolen. On Geraldo they showed a room of Kenyans in Africa running this scam and intervened before a lady provided her banking information which would have enabled them to take all of her money.

You were right to be suspicious!

I got the same e-mail. sounds very legit but I didn't persue it. why would someone from the microsoft promotion award team have a yahoo email acct?
