What are the different foods of the religions of the caribbean?

Most of the same rules of religions in Canada and the USA apply. After all, most Canadian and US Missionaries traveled these lands from late 1800's, and spreaded their beliefs to the islands.

Many people separated from the mainstream Canadian-US religions and formed their own, modifying even what they considered to be unpure to eat.

Today, due to recent medical discoveries, people have began to be a bit more conscious about their eating habits, but that has nothing to do with religion.
