If 'yeah i do want unlimited ammunition' is your answer then hear you go here is the cheat: Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Triangle, Up, Down, Left, Right, Square
During the opening introduction before the main menu appears.
NOTE: remember to do it before the main menu appears otherwise the cheat will not work

Double health?:
Yeah you would like double here is the cheat:
Press Up(2), Left(2), Right(2), Circle(2), Down during the opening introduction before the main menu appears.

On the 1st getaway if entered correctly you will hear a woman scream...
On the 2nd getaway if entered correctly the screen will go green on the outside
