You cannot turn them off. It will take a long time for the hurt to go away....your emotions are justified.

I don't think you should. If you have strong feelins about the one you know is right, then you should go with it with all your heart. Now if that person doesn't have any feelings for you, then you need to quickly search out someone who doe have to same feelings. DON'T stop feeling. I only wish I could be on the receiving end sometimes.

You can't, but I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all....and love feels just like pain.....hurt feelings will ease, it just takes time.....these things too shall pass :)

you can't, you can try to ignore them but they will fester inside. You can try to avoid the but the will still be there, the best way is to examine what has happened and try to move on
