In the theory, yes. In the fact, no. Mainly because I have never seen a confirmed one. But a friend and myself saw something we would always talk about as a theoretical UFO when we were teenagers.

well yes i believe well i think earth i only not the place where life exist there are many solar systems who knows there may be life more advance than what we live

for more info
A UFO or Unidentified Flying Object is any real or apparent flying object which cannot be identified by the observer and which remains unidentified after investigation.

Sightings of unusual aerial phenomena date back to ancient times, but reports of UFO sightings started becoming more common after the first widely publicized U.S. sighting in 1947. Many tens of thousands of such claimed observations have since been reported worldwide, and it is very likely many more go unreported due to fear of public ridicule because of the social stigma created around the UFO topic.

In popular culture throughout the world, UFO is commonly used to refer to any hypothetical alien spacecraft but the term flying saucer is also regularly used. Once a UFO is identified as a known object (for example an aircraft or weather balloon), it ceases to be a UFO and becomes an identified object. In such cases it is inaccurate to continue to use the acronym UFO to describe the object.

this and related questions have been asked a 1000 times in here and i'm afraid everything beyond the definition that an UFO is an unknown flying object is pure speculation.

people often see things they cannot explain.
this includes me too, but instead of making a big story out of it like it was the case in all these 'famous sightings' i sit back and relax trying to find a rational explanation for it. which (in my case) worked.

most of the 'sightings' are ... highly doubtful. and i would find it interesting to investigate them, but if the 'so called evidence' is just a crappy tape or a blurish photo, or eyewitness reports from just one or two persons .. what would you do ?
you won't believe how many 'strange phenomena' with rational explanations exist in the sky. its most likely that everything yet observed can be explained, and if not the observation was crap and has to be ignored for that reason.
sooo ...
take this as a no ?

Theorotically yes, I do believe there is life somewhere in the universe because we have a billion billion (billion multliplied by billion) galaxies in all and you would have to be supremely arrogant to think that there isnt life anywhere else. However, I do not think that aliens have seen earth in any way and nor have they been here. A lot of such UFO sightings have turned out to be NASA testing their revolutionary flights for the military.

i'm not black (or American for that count number) and that i don't have self assurance in conspiracy theories. inspite of the indisputable fact that, the U. S. authorities DID carry out experiments concerning deliberately infecting those with venereal ailment in Guatemala. there change into also the notorious Tuskegee try in which black adult men with syphilis were deliberately left untreated for years, so that they could be studied. this stuff are info; the U. S. has issued apologies over them. I consider you that there is no info for the AIDS conspiracy, yet given what the U. S. authorities has been shown to have performed, this is not fullyyt fantastic that folk might want to have self assurance it.

I believe that these were UFOs. They fulfil all the criteria namely

1) Unknown
2) Flying
3) Object

However I'm certain that they are not alien. It would take thousands of years to travel here from the nearest star so why would they bother?

I have a doubt why these things are happening only in western countries (Mostly developed and technologically advanced countries). There is no reports as such in eastern countries. I doubt these are stage managed events.

I have no problems accepting that people believe they have seen something they cannot identify. Let's not push it beyond that without some evidence.
