Like can you actually be addicted to a person, thing, website, smell. Anything besdies like cigarettes, or like drugs.

The answer is yes....people are addicted to coffee, soft drinks, video games, even running (jogging). The addiction is different depending on the individual....the buzz from the coffee, the win from the video game, the achievement of health &/or weight loss etc. from running.
You could do mountains of reading on the subject if you have the time.
