Not easily. When you lose your virginity, your hymen is broken. Its a thin piece of skin that covers the vaginal opening. After intercourse, this is broken. Therefore you can't be a virgini again.
However there is a surgery where they will reconstruct it and surgically make you a virgin again. Most guys wouldn't be able to tell, But if you were to have a pap smear or something, the Doctor could easily tell that it was a reconstruction and you weren't a true virgin.

Technically, no, but I don't think the question is entirely without merit.

If you feel that virginity is important, in terms of saving yourself for marriage, I don't believe anything you have done in the past needs to dictate what you will do in the future.

From your question, I imagine that you have had some sexual experiences that you now regret, and you would like to be a virgin, and end up marrying a man who considers virginity important.

I look at it this way, if I started dating a woman, and discovered that she was shoplifting, or pilfering things from her employer, I would drop her like a hot potato, because I have no desire to become involved with a thief.

At the same time, I cannot honestly say that I have never stolen anything, in my entire life. I don't like thieves, but I can accept that we all have shortcomings.

If you have ever done something that you regret, sexual or otherwise, I think that's how you ought to look at it. If you have anything to apologize for, so be it, but don't let that stop you from standing up for what you believe is important.

Once your virginity is gone you can never give it to someone else. But, you can do things to make things better. If you had sex with someone and now you feel that it is a mistake and you don't want to have sex anymore then don't do it. Or if you had sex with someone and now you have a new friend. It doesn't mean you have to have sex again. It sounds like you feel bad for losing your virginity. Learn from your mistakes of the past and move onto the future. We all make mistakes. The important thing about a mistake is that we learn from them.

Define virginity..
-if you mean "has not slept with a man..ever." then there's no way to bring virginity back after a woman lost it.
-if you mean "restored hymen".. well, modern medical procedures can put a woman's hymen back into place by few stitches, sometimes by commercial creams or wonder soaps...

Ahhh. That would be no. Once it is lost, it is lost. Although in the case of rape or sexual abuse, I do not consider that as being "virginity lost."

physical virginity can never be restored again once lost...but you may start again, by asking God to forgive and purify you and decide once again, to have sex only with the man He has carefully prepared for you!

Being a "virgin" means you never had sex or any sexual experience of any kind. (Kissing doesn't count) If you have, you are not. It doesn't matter how many yrs. in between. It doesn't "grow back".
