Kegel exercises? I thought that is something only women can do....

YES, men CAN do Kegels. The kegel muscle is the same one you use for holding pee (preventing urination) which you should NEVER do! Always go right away when you feel the urge. So basically contract and release that muscle, attempting to hold it for up to 10 seconds before releasing. Do it all day when you remember for about 10 reps at a time. Ew, I though Kegel was just for womens incontinence. Someone is playing on mens' fears. Google it if you think it will really work, there are already plenty of drawings on the internet.

FYI guys.... Kegels aren't just for female incontinence.... they also tone the vaginal musculature especially post-partum....and for an internal squeeze during coitus <<< blushes >>>>

kegel is just for women sorry ,its were a woman squeezes her muscles much like stopping a flow of pee.

It's the same technique as holding pee. With enough practice you can control your ejaculation and enjoy multi-orgasms.
