Similarly some people do not act on advice by elders 'think before you speak'. Obviously they do not use their brain to know impact of question on others. Please have a detailed study before asking any question and work for the improvement of this forum.

Because they are senseless themselves, and want to make a fool out of those that are answering the question. They just think it's fun to muck other people.
