the day yall go to court he tell the judge he wants a lawyer and the judge grant it to him but he never did nothing for them why the hell do he want a lawyer

It sounds like he is stalling. He should have to pay a certain percentage of his income plus back support. Maybe he thinks a lawyer will get him out of. In some states if a man does not pay child support, he will go to jail. Good luck.

He's trying to buy time honey, next thing you know he'll probably be asking for a paternity test to get up under your skin, and to buy even more time. What he doesn't know is that, it'll all pay out in your favor because they'll make him pay rearage from the day that you filed for child support until the kids legal age of 18. So let him have his fun while it lasts, but believe me you'll have the last one!!!

That is probably why he wants a lawyer, if he thinks if he gets a good one it will let him continue to do nothing forthe kids-wrong!!!Law is law and child support is owed-no lawyer can take that away. Good luck!
