Actually, Uno, GWB doesn't cae about finding him. In his own words, the President stated that Osama is not a priority.
The ringleader of a mass murder on American soil... and he's NOT a priority?
I want that S.O.B. drawn and quartered and put on public display! But our President doesn't want to commit the resources & forces to do so.

Let's look at the events in question.

First, GWB want's Osama 'dead or alive':

Then, he decides he's not a top priority:

And if the ‘second-hand’ information isn’t sufficient, let’s turn to the official website:
From the whitehouse.gov archives:

Q But don't you believe that the threat that bin Laden posed won't truly be eliminated until he is found either or alive?
THE PRESIDENT: Well, as I say, we haven't heard much from him. And I wouldn't necessarily say he's at the center of any command structure. And, again, I don't know where he is. I -- I'll repeat what I said. I truly am not that concerned about him. I know he is on the run. I was concerned about him, when he had taken over a country. I was concerned about the fact that he was basically running Afghanistan and calling the shots for the Taliban.

But, what did Iraq have to do with 9/11? Let’s look at the President’s own words.
Source: http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/...
Presidential Letter
Text of a Letter from the President to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate
March 18, 2003
Dear Mr. Speaker: (Dear Mr. President:)
Consistent with section 3(b) of the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002 (Public Law 107-243), and based on information available to me, including that in the enclosed document, I determine that:
(1) reliance by the United States on further diplomatic and other peaceful means alone will neither (A) adequately protect the national security of the United States against the continuing threat posed by Iraq nor (B) likely lead to enforcement of all relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions regarding Iraq; and
(2) acting pursuant to the Constitution and Public Law 107-243 is consistent with the United States and other countries continuing to take the necessary actions against international ists and ist organizations, including those nations, organizations, or persons who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the ist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001.

This letter is a strong suggestion, by GWB, that Iraq was somehow involved with 9/11.

Then, we see this video:
http://thinkprogress.org/2006/08/21/bush...

So, who are we supposed to be fighting, again?

I want to make the bastiches that were responsible for 9/11 pay, in … but that’s not apparently the current agenda of the current administration. And I’m basing that belief on the president’s words.

Oh, and I'm also all for destroying Saddam's regime. But I'm insulted that I was lied to by our president and his administration. I don't have a problems with the war, just the stated reasons for the war. Saddam was allowed to live 15 years longer than he should have been.

it quite is not that we are offended he caught him, it quite is that we are offended that he dumped the physique, refused to launch the photos (which incorporates funeral photos), and he refuses to launch the DNA checklist. so some distance each thing has been per what the government claimed take place. that's now how a loose society works, we don't blindly take the government's observe for it on something this enormous. On suitable of that, it become with the aid of water-boarding that we stumbled on the region, and the Obama administration persevered the Bush conflict regulations. Bush never took troops out of Afghanistan, we had troops stationed everywhere in the middle east battling the conflict on terror, we did no longer shift all our aspects to easily Iraq. Iraq is in basic terms the place the media shifted their aspects.

your question is an easy one. Because he is being hidden and shielded by his fellow Muslims. The Qu'ran makes it very clear that a Muslim must shield another Muslim who is fighting the Jihad. This is one of the reasons why the Israelis couldn't get at the Hezbollah. They were hidden and even dressed in woman's clothing. Talk about dirty fighters. They are the best. A bunch of slippery bastards each and every one of them.

Tim Osama worked for the Cia. He grew up wearing blue jeans and put the robe on for his role.....he grew up having sleepovers with the Bush's. He's probably dead by now anyhow. Seen real tape of him lately? No, and you won't.
