Ppl have sed he ships fast and is a gr8 seller; i read his feedback and it all sed tht he wasant scamming ppl; im still not convinced plz hlp!!!!

check how long he's been selling phones on ebay...a 100% positive is easy to maintain if he's in business for a week, or hasn't sold but a few.
If he's been in business for more than 6 months, and-or sold more than 10 with all positive responses, then the odds are in your favor.
Most deal take 5-10 days to complete, from the offer to sale-to payment-to shipping-to delivery...throw in a weekend or two, and you max out at 2 weeks...so any deal younger than 10 days doesn't count.
Any seller with less than six months experience is still a newbie, and is likely due for problems...an experienced pro has gotten past those common newbie problems, and is more trustworthy.
You won't be completely comfortable regardless of his reputation, that's pretty normal...and the professional knows this, and takes every precaution to put your mind at ease and avoid snags in the deal.

I just bought a tracfone online; it's great, it's prepaid minutes and no contract, and the phones are programmed to pick up ANY cell signal from ALL the providers. I'd go with them if I were you. They don't cost much and you can still keep it on hand even if you sign on with a new service provider a few months down the road.

Read the feedback a little to see what was so good about rhat seller, and yea I would If you want it and it's in good shape.

100% feed back just mean they have not goten any bad reports withch is good so go for it Rick
