Do you soak them in a solution? I no longer want to pay for the regular visits to the nail shop for my daughter. It gets rather costly and besides you can pretty much do it yourself these days. Thanks

Soak them in 100% Acetone which you can get at an Dept. store. Then try to lift them off. I have done this a couple times. There is no easy way. You can file the tops and remove alot of the acrylic. No matter how hard you try you will remove the top layers of the natural nails. And you just have to be patient until the natural nail grows out. It usually involves alot of prying to get them off. Then use Solar Oil on your cuticles as the nail grows out to help them stay moisturized. Use a good topcoat such as OPI Nail Envy. I love that stuff.

What you do is you soak each nail in nail polish remover and they begin to loosen and them you can take them off with a little tug and they'll come right off. You only have to soak them for 15- 30 seconds depending on if she starts feeling them loosen in the 15 seconds!
Hope I could help!!!

soak them in nail polish with acetone . this takes time but it works . have an orange wood stick hand to remove any loose pieces , and when your done dry the nails and use and emery board across the plate of the nail to remove any smaller Minuit pieces , this also smoothes your name ,,, good luck

The safest way is to soak your nails in a small container of ACETONE. I think this can be puchased at a beauty supply that will sell to the general public such as Sally's.

Very simple; soak in pure acetone 'til the adhesive gets gooey and loose. It's available at most drug stores and beauty supply outlets.
