Is Nijddeck and Nideggen tha same town.?

My ancestors come from Nijeddeck, The Netherlands and all I can find is Nideggen, in Germany. Are these the same places?

If you look at the first site below, you can get coordinates on the map for it. then compare those coordinates to Google Earth (yuch, I said Google) or some other map with the other spelling Nijddeck.

Searches for each of the individually have many sites, but there was no site with both spellings... This is an indication that no one is discussing the different spellings. It is odd that Nijddeck does not produce any city or location web sites.

Also, I found Nejddeck as a spelling on one site below, it says Germany.
