Knowing that a habit is something you do continually, if you have studied a certain way and you're not seeing favorable results (your grades...) Then you need to do something different. You didn't elaborate on what your current routine is. However, its a known fact that practice makes perfect, if you read and comprehend well you can pretty much master any subject. Reading out loud can cause you to retain more information and keep you more focused on what you are trying to learn. Research is another factor, the more info. you have and understanding of what you are learning about will certainly cause you to engage subject more. There is a program called eyeQ (they have a website: eyeQ.com) and they help you to learn fun ways of retaining info.

concentration --- and a firm belief on what subjects you want to study --- but you have to want to do it --- i hope you do --- it's a big competitive world out there --- no place for the faint hearted !
and probably no room for failure ( but don't be disappointed if that happens ) it's difficult to get your head around everything ( with so much distractions ) but you are not Robinson Crusoe .good luck .

Do yoga(there are some concentration exercises) so that u can concentrate more on studies and it can improve your memory power also

provide for urself a list of your plans for the day & prioritize your activities...
take good care of ur health...
arrange ur things first before u start studying...
don't watch tv when u study...
motivate yourself to study:
think of the persons involved in your schooling especially ur parents/guardian who pay ur school bills, think of your future, and think of the reason why you live...
