Within the next 3 hours I always end up with major racoon eyes. I don't get it. I use waterproof unstoppable by maybelline. Any suggestions?

Best eye liner, I personally like Lancome Art liner. Your eye liner really shouldn't run no matter what you use. Maybe your allergic to certain ingrediants and your eyes water? I am really not sure what to advise for that; try changing your eye liner see if that helps.

Mary Kay eyeliner is the best by far. MK Signature Eyeliner has a great color collection and fairly priced. I have mine for at least 4 to 5 months before I run out and I put makeup on daily. If your only problem is keeping it on try MK Signature Eye Primer it will keep it from smudging and smearing, so you wont get those racoon eyes! i used to hav that problem, try eyeliner from the body shop. even though its about £6 , it works wonders and stays on all day long without making you look like you hav racoon eyes lol.
another suggestion is urban decay, that eyeliner is about £10. but it lasts ages and is worth the money as its good quality and has a nice effect on your eyes.

I like cover girls eyeliner the pencil with the eraser at the end. Also like covergirls water proof mascara this mascara works the best. I work at a restaurant and I have to cut onions and my eyes water so bad and no make up comes off.

Estee Lauder has great eyeliner and it is great, and it has a smudger and you can take the eyeliner with you so if you do get the racoon eyes you can fix it. Or cover girls twistable eyeliner is good too.

You have to try Bobbi Brown long wear gel eyeliner. It is the absolute best. It doesn't smudge because it dries almost immediately, is very long wearing and the little pot lasts a long long time. It takes a little practice but once you use it, you'll never want to go back to using anything else. I have one in sepia ink.

I always used eyeliner but the best is probally BonneBell! It Is Such A Good Price, So Easy To FInd, Looks GREAT, And It's Easy To Use!!

A lot of brands have great eye liners but I would recommend the Body Shop eye liner. It's a natural product and it is very good.

do not use pencil eyeliner. if you want a long lasting, awesome effect, use a liquid eyeliner but be careful, lots of people get the wrong one. the liquid eye liner is the Revlon Soft Tip (I have both, black and brown)

I too had the same problem, until I started using Outlast Smoothwear by Cover Girl. It's the only thing that has come close to lasting longer.
