you can't... you can only download from your computer. transfer the songs from the other computer to your computer and then you can download them to the ipod. If you download from the other computer, it will ONLY download the songs available on that computer and everything else on your ipod will be erased

It depends. If you take your music from a Windows PC then you cannot take music from another apple PC. this happens because the ipod has already learnt how to talk to a windows PC and can no longer talk to an apple PC. For it to talk to an apple PC you need to reset it due to which all the songs will get deleted.

just buy the songs on itunes music store on ur original computer and then u dont have to worry about transferring songs from a diff. computer

hook your ipod to the pc, open itunes, add the songs to your library, then add the songs to your ipod & there you have it!
make sure you disable the syncing of the songs.
