I suffered terribly during my second pregnancy with piles - so bad that I couldn't walk at times!! It was a slow recovery, and I found it very humiliating to be treated. We are considering trying for our third baby, but if I am guaranteed to get piles again I think it would be enough to put me off! Anyone had a pile-free pregnancy after a a bad one previously?

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

my piles were terrible during my pregnancy, it was soo bad that they bled everytime i go to the loo or just wind.. i couldnt walk or sit and went to hospital twice thru my last 4 weeks of pregancy and had the doctor to put them back in coz they were out and bleeding..
anyway, i was told that if in 4 weeks they didnt reduce, its better if i had a surgery.
and thats what i did, i had a surgery 4 months later ON an emergency cz i was heavily bleeding...
and now i am trying for a second baby...
i hope yours arent soo bad.....
cz in many cases, they reduce themselves after baby is born...
goodluck and hope the baby is fine

I was told that I would probably suffer them again if I ever was to become pregnant.
The pain was so bad though, I never decided to have another child, obviously nothing to do with piles coming pack through choice.

The most common causes of hemorrhoids are straining during bowel movements and obesity. Follow these essential hemorrhoid prevention tips and you may not even have to delve into any hemorrhoid treatments https://tr.im/uZF88

If you’re straining during bowel movements, there is no doubt that you are suffering from constipation, and obesity only heightens your chance of experiencing these digestive issues. The best solution for hemorrhoids is to not have them at all!

my mum had piles with my brother and sister but not with me. (shes weird n takes joy in telling me all the scarey things about pregnancy now im pregnant). and if ur thinking 'well she dnt hav them with u cuz ur not a twin' i WAS a twin, but she just dnt seem to get them with me and my sister...weird..but thats life!
if u do hav another baby, try not straining on the loo at all, rock back n forth, eat loads of friut n veg n fibre. i kno fruit n fibre ceral is minging, but it helps!

I had them much worst in my first pregnancy than my second - I still had some problems and still do, but I wouldn't let it put you off - go for it.
