In Dec the avg high was 23 celcius. After living here for 2 years I am freezing...sadly enough I am Canadian lol.
By the beginning of Feb things should be back to normal. Apparantly this is the worst winter that anyone can remember. But things are slowly warming up now and in a months time it should be fine. As for rain, last year it rained mostly in Jan, but it rained alot here in Dec. There shouldn't be much rain in Feb but you never know. Generally the rain here doesnt last for too long, you should be fine. Enjoy your visit to Dubai! If you want some tips on things to do feel free to get ahold of me and i'll give you some tips.

Hot and Humid. Not advisable to travel this time to Dubai. Most of the residents will choose this period (July - August) for vacation.

I went to Dubai in June 2002 and the maximum temperature was 42°C. . .it was lovely because it's dry and you don't feel sticky. . .enjoy it I'm sure in February it won't be so hot but it won't be cold either!!!
