i think that if u are going to pub/club i would wear the shorts...maybe with long boots n tights?

ummm I say the dress like a little black dress or even a red little dress with heels its way more feminine and if your going with someone you wanna look nice GooD LucK and havE fun

Go the dress- always classy, very feminine and easy to wear when we need to pee when we've had a little too much nice champagne.

it depends on were you are going, if your going somewhere formal then the dress but if you aren't, the shorts! totally!
