Okay, first of all under the constitution, the Preseident does not have the power to simply "make a decision" and have it be so. Ours is a government of checks and balanaces, not dictatorship.
Now, assuming I would have this mythical power, I would choose to abolish the income tax and enact a national sales tax. Doing such would allow everyone to be taxed on a much more fair basis and we would actually draw more revenue from such a venture.
DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT! Stop allowing people to spoon feed you their opinions. Do a little research for yourself and see if you agree. If you do, great. If you don't, even better. Now you have started a cycle of being informed an are on your way to being a contributing member of the American people. Much better than being a spectator. :)
