I know some techniques for propagation, germination, growing, flowering, etc. enough to make dozens of plants. And I have access to get cuttings through a variety of sources. What could do with this to earn some money?

Oh, there is a rule of thumb (which I'm just making up here on the spot) that the best business ideas aren't worth anything if nobody buys what you have to sell. SO, the most important thing is to figure our how to sell the plants. And the options are sell to somebody who sells to somebody else or you sell to the somebody else without the middle man. In other words, you sell wholesale (to sellers) or retail (to the person who wants the plant). So, you can start your business by becoming a salesman and selling. Start small and grow.
