No but I will split the cost of one of those portable dishwashers with you.
They roll over to the sink, clip onto the faucet and work like the built ins. When the dishes are done you disconnect it from the faucet and roll it back out of the way. That way neither of us has to do washing and drying ever again.

They should be drip dryed as this method runs the least risk of contamination from towel drying.
