Spell check should have a feature that automatically scans each posting and if it finds groups of letters that form no recognizable word, say more than a certain number, like one or two, then it will reject the posting until the errors are corrected. This would not get around the propblem of using "here" for "hear", but it would catch "def" and "peaple". Unfortunately it would also miss "dose" which about 75% of the people on this site use instead of the correct spelling "does". Even with these shortcomings it would go a long way towards cleaning up some of the mess.
Deaf people may in some cases hear sounds that are transmitted though bone, so they might have a concept of what sounds are, and thus be able to conjure them up in dreams. It's the same thing as asking if peaple who have been blind from birth can see images in their dreams.
A similar qwestun woud be how do you discribe the collor "grene" to a blind pearson ho has neva sean collor?

There was a question very similar to this; "do blind people see while dreaming?"
someone answered that yes, if they had their sight at one time in their life and lost it during their lifetime then they can still see during their dreams. But some people are blind at birth and have never seen; never will - you can't 'make up' a sense.
So if the deaf person could once hear, then yes.
Otherwise no.

Can illiterate people spell when dreaming?
If you are born deaf and have no basis for sound, then why on Earth would you be able to hear in your sleep?
Common sense my friend.

They may think they do but it's just fantasy, like all dreams
What that has to do with Mythology & Folklore is a mystery to me though
