I would have to say " Yes, definitely. If your sure that you did the test the right way which there isn't a way to mess it up as long it was the stick test. If you had taken another one and it is still negative then, you need to call the Dr. and have him give you an internal exam or a blood test.. If you have regular period then it sounds like you are pregnant but the HP tests are usually 99% accurate.

Yes a pregnancy test should have a 99% accuracy rate by the time your period is a couple of days late. You can get false negative answers though. Just do another one.

As hard as it can be, try not to stress about getting pregnant. It will happen when you least expect it too!! Give yourself a few more days then repeat the test.If still neg and still no period, wait a few more days and try again.If third result neg too, then consult your doctor. Hope all works out for you.
