My job has really been stressing me out lately.long days till 6:30 and 7:00 nights...wiping me out to the point all I want to do is crash.....best way is when you get home, get in comfy clothes, eat warm nourshing meal, log in to get your mind on something else, read a book, or just lay back and watch UNstressful shows on tv...I can't get out of my stress at work...its my job...but I can help at night by also getting a good nights sleep too......if its your work....try to organize as best you can IF thats possible...lol

Slow breathing in,hold, slow breathing out from the diaphragm keep doing this until you feel loosened up tenseness wise and start a slow easy body stretch..... it works after a while, try a yoga DVD there's heaps out there at the moment, I haven't tried it much myself but that breathing then slow stretching one is good.
If your into self affirmation try thinking positive in negative out, ten minutes you start to feel calmer.

When just walking up steps is even pain-full the best relief is (91 degrees) hot pool therapy. In the hot pool you are totally weightless and can float, the painful parts of your body are weigthless, this break gives much relief even after you leave the pool. Hot baths are OK if you can get out of the tub on your own, but you can not walk around and stretch in so small of an area. When you get tired of reading try writing something. If you feel bad chances are you won't be able to sleep much at all, but do drink more water than the food you eat.
