nothing over and above the normal risks. There is of course the laundry aspect to consider; but that is solved by using towels you don't care about under you and possibly a sheet of heavy mil plastic between the bed sheets and the mattress - you'll never get the stains out of the mattress
A better alternative is to do it standing up in the shower- just don't slip

yeah, a risk of a nasty experience. Trust me dude, dont go that route. Make her wait for it. You'll thank me later. That period gets stuck on your sack, and they'll be red for weeks, no mater how hard you shower. You'd basically have to shave off the hair down there for quick results.
Sometimes girls get in the mood at a certain point in thier period, just dont fall for it. Get her used to the idea EARLY...that it aint gonna happen...ever. So dont ask.

Welllllll.... pregnancy, STDs, etc... no increased risk, but all the same risks as usual. Use protection and you're good!
