I'll say Mandy Moore, she's probably not as famous as Katie, and they both have youthful looks, but Mandy is adorable, and is pretty sexy, not to sound gay, but she is prettier in my eye. Katie is a darling don't get me wrong.
Just like people think Jessica Simpson is prettier than Jessica Alba, mainly Jessica Simpson is more famous, but Jessica Alba is definitely more gorgeous, perhaps the most in the world. I haven't seen anyone prettier, just my opinion. I kinda like her personality, but not that much.
Still, people have many reason why the are beautiful.
